• Product Manager of Melissa Data products in the Microsoft azure cloud. Responsible for maintaining documentation, assisting client integration and answering questions, and working with Microsoft to resolve issues in the service and develop improvements for services. • Experience with Service Oriented Architectures, including both creating and consuming REST, XML, JSON, and WSDL/SOAP interfaces• Represent Melissa Data products to customers and at field events such as conferences and seminars• Learned new technologies quickly with limited guidance, to help develop proof of concepts for customers and also new products for Melissa Data. • Quickly understand the technical and business level needs of a potential customer and explain how products and services could benefit them and integrate into their system.• Work closely with internal and external developers on custom product implementation• Drafted and Developed new product specifications for our internal and external developers. • Provide comprehensive Level II end-user support via phone, e-mail and tickets to quickly and efficiently provide solutions to issues. • Guide developers in integrating Melissa Data APIs into their systems. • Research and write product documentation as well as articles about Melissa Data products for use in publications.• Enhanced skills in networking and server technologies for a solid understanding of troubleshooting Web Services • Strong knowledge of networking concepts such as routing, switching, clustering and the TCP/IP stack. Ability to troubleshoot and understand routing and load balancing issues in relation to Web Services• Strong skills in Oracle, Web Services and UNIX and the interest to stay informed on evolving changes in technology as it relates to DQT support and enhancements for continued growth within the product line• Developed excellent presentation skills and consulting services for clients over conference calls and meetings
