Manager of existing campus eDirectory with planned software and hardware upgrades, schema management, database security, backup management, and overall system health monitoring. Maintain current script driven identity architecture and update as needed to meet the needs of application integrations or other architectural changes. Manage campus password policies between all domains and eDirectory. Mentor junior Directory Services staff with regard to eDirectory, Microsoft Active Directory, and identity management best practices. Tier 2 Help Desk. Respond to general Unified Directories identity management problems that require deeper analysis and correction than is available to Tier 1. Respond to general directory problems that require deeper analysis of existing script driven identity architecture including data feed analysis. Maintain, distribute and troubleshoot InCommon SSL security certificates for the University as well as MFA support.
