Over the past 18 years in the Field Services trade I have developed the knowledge and experience that enables me to provide outstanding customer support. I transitioned into a Field Service career with the skills gained as a Customer Care Representative for ATT Wireless, and I was able to capitalize on that experience and really grow as a Field Service Technician. I have FANTASTIC working relationships with my customers. They know when I show up that the problem will be solved. They know I care and that I will do my very best to support the business. From the front cashier to the district manager, we are one team and teamwork gets it done. My education and experience has produced a unique skill set. I have gained much from my professional experiences with Walgreens. However, my personal endeavors area equally exceptional. I have a solid presence in local groups and organizations. I help run the local Robotics club MTRAS (Middle Tennessee Robotic Arts Society). In addition to our monthly meetings, we put on events such as combat robotics, robot line following, and SUMO. We do outreach in schools and participate in bigger events like Maker Faires. While these outside activities are not paid, they help harness the passion I have for making things and further develop within me the ability to teach these skills to all ages.
