I've spent the last 20 years in a call centre environment excelling in such roles as customer service representative and team leader with Sun Life Financial, Aldo Group and Aspire Lifestyles.I'm a hands on leader who listens to my people, develops their weaknesses through continuous coaching and leverages their strengths to help build a team who is efficient and provides a world class service. I'm results driven and believe that developing my people and identifying areas of improvement to existing processes and technology are essential to successfully grow the business. During my time in call centres, I've become familiar with the various technologies they use to drive the business and I've always shown a solid aptitude to use the numerous computer programs.My time in a professional office environment has taught me how to deal with internal and external customers in a courteous and respectful manner.
