Coordinate sampling activities to ensure NPDES permit requirements are met. Review Chain of Custody forms and daily logbooks to ensure accuracy and completeness. Plan, accomplish, and report on ad-hoc sampling activities utilizing diagrams, statistics, and detailed narratives. Collect and record temperature, flow, PH, chlorine, readings and make visual observations. Interact with client and vendors to ensure legally defensible data is obtained and reported. Customer Contact Team - utilized SalesForce CRM to track customer and prospect information. Utilized FedBizOpps, Government Service Administration (GSA), numerous state/ local government procurement co-ops, and up to 50 weekly county-wide news papers to identify potential government contracts related to environmental testing. Particular focus was placed on contacts with authority to use a P-CARD for smaller expenditures that didn't require the bid-process. Successfully developed corporate database of decision-makers in every facet of City, State, and Federal Government by adding over 3600 contacts representing over $500,000 potential business. Conducted outbound calls based on a type of agency (I.E. National Park Service - by state). Researched companies to identify the decision maker. Typically, 40-50 contacts per day (100 dials). Conducted introductory calls to determine the bid-process, upcoming activity and documented these calls in Salesforce. Made follow up calls at appropriate intervals. Information on prospective bids was directed to regional Lab Directors and scientists for costing and quoting.
