Responsible for the development and delivery of the Carbon Reduction Strategy of the Together Housing Group

Developing and managing a large scale energy efficiency investment programme to improve the Together Housing stock, provide benefits to tenants and develop new sources of long-term revenue.

Fishface Enterprises provides services to the social housing and housing sectors to plan and deliver renewable energy and energy services. Patrick is currently retained as a Programme Director for Together Housing Energy Services to design and deliver a long-term energy strategy that will improve affordability of the stock, improve landlord efficiency and generate new sources of sustainable revenue.Patrick is currently taking forward projects to install smart meters and plan large scale investments in renewable heat and solar.

Community Switch provides switching services targeted at the tenants of social landlords. The aim of the business is help tenants engage with the energy supply market and save on energy costs by regularly reviewing the market.Unlike other ways of energy switching the service provided by Community Switch is pro-active and involves speaking directly to tenants helping them compare prices and making it easy to switch supplier. By working over a three year period with landlords the aim is to establish energy switching as a regular annual feature of tenant activity.With 4 million social houses across England and Wales there is significant potential for the the business to grow and build a service platform for the sector.

We are developers with a particular interest in refurbishment and remodeling of empty homes. We work in regeneration areas to deliver affordable, energy efficient, family homes that contribute to wider neighbourhood sustainability. We recognise that the UK housing market has changed in recent years and have developed an institutional private rental model that can provide a high-quality alternative to owner-occupation and deliver positive change for neighbourhoods in need of regeneration. We finance and deliver energy solutions with organisations that are concerned about reducing fuel costs and their carbon footprint. We work with social landlords, registered providers and housing associations as well as community groups, local authorities and businesses. We also partner with and provide advice to public and private organisations that need help to plan and deliver complex regeneration and energy projects. Our advice is used to unlock stalled regeneration projects and to find innovative ways of funding energy investments.
