Assist in project management of interior and exterior projects including new construction, renovations, and alterations; duties include estimating, completing take-offs to produce accurate estimates, creating, distributing, and managing bid documents, attending pre-bid meetings, corresponding with clients, subcontractors and suppliers, compiling of bid packages for potential projects/clients, assembling, organizing, and tracking submittals, RFI’s, change orders, responsible for monthly project billing, job cost reports, schedules, progress meetings and managing on-site quality control
