Their ambition is to seamlessly connect the sea to the land in a safe and innovative manner.Mission:APMT MV2 IT team wants to be the IT trailblazer for APMT terminals worldwide. Therefor innovative projects need to deliver and teams over-allocation have to be avoided through project-portfolio governance.Responsibilities:I lead different projects to improve the IT infrastructure, IT applications and overall products like the OCR and the CER project of the port authorities. As portfolio manager I maintained the projects pipeline to let projects from the global organisation land as smoothly as possible within MV2 organisation

The teams of ZPMC Smart Solutions group not only have to address the challenges of the previously mentioned big three project but also many retrofit projects with partial automation and remote control. Within this dynamical environment, the QQCTN team has been successful beating the world record for automated terminal delivery (21 months).
