On a daily basis, review and edit incident reports. Follow-up with staff and others to ensure the thoroughness of all reports.

*Manage day-to-day operations, membership & ticket sales, employee staffing, scheduling and payroll*Develop / Maintain exhibit standard operating guidelines for Guest Experience employees and staff*Manage new employee training, recruiting, peer-mentor program, and annual employee performance reviews
