Was responsible for handling the event for HMTI Telkom University project and successfully guided new idustrial engineering student association member. 4. Collected all of the individual and group task from the participants during the student orientation. 5. Acted as the middleman between the participants and the committee to prevent misunderstandings during the student orientation event.

1. Became an event planner at Industrial Visits Company (VISCOM) project that organized by the lecturer.2. Assisted the lecturer by conducting research on simulation and business using Flexsim, Statfit, and IBM SPSS software.

1. Handled Business Simulation Practicum for about 600 students.2. Conducted research using FlexSim Software (used to simulate business, production systems and 3D visualize the business processes of a company to find alternative solutions).3. Was responsible for handling the event division for SimbiTalk project and sucessfully invited 300+ registrants (March 2023).4. Recruited research group talents by holding several stages of selection such as administration selection, personality test, FGD, business plan presentation, and interview.5. Led practicum assistants in the recruitment process for new laboratory assistants and successfully recruited 20+ new assistants.

1. Made improvements and created new business processes for the filling-packing process within the production scope.2. Recorded and inputted all time-motion study on the product production process to address downtime.3. Assisted the production supervisor by improving the production capacity performance by up to 5 times than the previous performance.

1. Managed test procedures and inputted inspection result into documents.2. Collaborated with Telkom Sigma in the evaluation of 21 network towers around Jabodetabek.3. Planned test for every piece of equipment that being needed by every network tower

Assisted in organizing and designing interviews for 150 applicants, as a place to practice being employed.3.
