As the industry downsized dramatically, I was called upon to manage a sales force that would sell multiple Brunswick brands for the Western half of the United States. Again, in the fall of 2010, I was asked to lead the Global Sales force for the Bayliner and Trophy brands as they were not going to remain as part of the current sales structure. In my career I have launched over 150 new products and managed budgets from $7.2 million to over $13 million.; Global Sales – Bayliner and Trophy 2010 – 2011Managed 8 District Business Managers located in the U.S., Canada, France and Singapore. In charge of Internal Sales force, Operations Planning and oversee the development of new product and portfolio management.Responsible for securing and delivering over $115 Million in sales.Developed and managed to a $7.2 million incentive budget.Developed a Global sales program for distribution network and quarterly sales targets for the District Business Managers.Grew market share upwards of three percentage points over the last 2 quarters of sales in a highly depressed market. -
