Performed the role of sole IT Project Manager within the startup organization. During this time Vigilante completed a spinoff from InfoArmor and evolved into an independent and self sustaining subsidiary of Allstate prior to being acquired by ZeroFox.* Managed a large portion of the spinoff from InfoArmor including establishing priorities and ensuring business continuity.* Managed the development of a new API centered threat intelligence system. This work involved replacing the essential existing functionality while setting priorities regarding functionality offerings and improvements.* Functioned as the point of contact and communication for engineering in relation to the remainder of the organization.

This work involved ownership of specific sections of the website, managing projects from start to finish, managing enhancements, and investigating and solving ongoing problems.• Integrated the americawest.com and usairways.com flight booking engines. This work involved close collaboration with many internal departments.• Redesigned the flight booking engine using Google’s ITA Software technology. This included allowing customers to see ‘each way’ prices as they build their itineraries, 1st class up-selling while shopping for coach and a completely revamped fare sale section.• Redesigned the mileage award flight booking engine using Google’s ITA Software technology. This included the use of dynamic calendars allowing customers to quickly and easily find the dates where low mileage awards were offered for their selected origin and destination.• Managed the critical working relationship between US Airways and ITA Software. This software uses complex algorithms to return flight schedules and pricing from specific XML queries. This work included a hands on approach to learning and experimenting with new features as well as XML query refinement and production issue resolution.
