My main focus has been growing the company through both organic activities and strategic acquisitions. Highlights include expanding the Global presence of the company through an International acquisition (LOB) in 2023, broadening company product offerings to include Logistics via a tuck-in acquisition (TrueFill) in 2024, and further expansion into the United Kingdom with the purchase of Suresite Wetstock Limited, also in 2024.

Relatient is an award-winning healthcare technology company focused on making it easier for patients to access healthcare by delivering better patient scheduling and engagement. Our self-scheduling, patient messaging, chat, digital registration and payment solutions drive operational efficiency, increased appointments, reduced no-shows, faster patient payments and improved patient satisfaction, all while supporting better health and care quality initiatives.I was brought on to upscale the Finance department at Relatient by taking the function in-house. Raised primary capital to acquire a strategic technology company (Everseat). Helped complete the first contractual White-Label relationship with our best growth partner(Modernizing Medicine). Led a majority recapitalization process that culminated in the sale of the business to Brighton Park Capital, a Private Equity firm based in Connecticut. Stayed on post-transaction to grow and operate the business, acquiring and merging a tangential business (Radix Health) to bolster growth and breadth of product offerings. Purchase was completed through a combination of primary capital and debt.

Leankit enables organizations and teams to use enterprise Kanban boards to visually track and manage the flow of work from strategy to delivery.I joined the company to take over for the retiring CFO, leading the Finance function through a transitional phase for the platform. Completed the conversion of the ERP System to Netsuite, and ran a process that ultimately culminated in a sale of the company to a strategic partner (Planview, out of Austin, TX) through their PE Sponsor Thoma Bravo.

At scale, my team of 6 handled all of the Accounting, Billing, and Finance activities for all 45K clients, 200+ employees, multiple domestic offices and an APAC international expansion in Melbourne. Assisted in raising a combination of primary capital and debt to spur rapid growth + drive the re-engineering of our platform. Consistently in the top 3 of Table Tennis players at the company throughout my tenure.
