Patrick’s corporate career spans a wide spectrum of roles which took him through 4 continents & 10 countries. That was after he had lived in another continent & 3 other countries! The life experiences & diverse roles that he had from these moves, have not only enriched his personal life, but have also enabled him to develop a great understanding of different cultures, different perspectives and diverse approaches to business. This has helped him to develop excellent people skills, have an open mind to new technology and develop a creative approach to problem solving. For him, there is always a solution to be found. Business has evolved enormously over the past decade, most of the changes being in the past few years. Change is almost a synonym of business today, and Patrick has understood that if we are not prepared to change with the times, we will struggle. He is an advocate of this continuous change as well as personal growth with a huge focus on soft skills. He has teamed up with a group of entrepreneurs to create a community of like-minded professionals, where the focus is on business collaboration, and where possible partnerships are identified and valuable connections are made. There is also an emphasis on the Go-Giver principle, where invited guests are encouraged to seek ways in which they can contribute to the community. This community continues to grow as people understand the need to expand their network and to keep up with evolving strategies and emerging trends in the market.
