- Lead Tester on the VA VBMS Veteran team supporting development of Veterans Benefit Management System- Develops test plans, test cases, and test scripts- Developing Selenium automation scripts to fully automate daily functional testing of the VBMS application - Participates in Agile ceremonies including daily stand ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

- Senior Tester and Quality Assurance Lead supporting USDA FSA PARMO - Developed and implemented test plans, test releases, and updates for functionality, security, and interoperability using manual and automated unit, integration, and string testing- Provided quality reports detailing results and metrics at the end of each testing period- Used an automated testing framework and automated testing processes to increase application quality. - Fully supported Testing and Certification Office (TCO)’s testing by engaging them early and working closely to review and resolve any issues- Worked with Stress Lab to support performance, stress, load, and capacity testing, sharing any lessons learned to improve overall portfolio performance- Led the testing effort for six Disaster Relief applications maintaining and creating test cases for each application and managing two to three testers who support the applications.

- Quality Assurance/Tester supporting the USDA FSA PARMO - Lead tester maintaining and creating test cases- Worked directly with developers to identify cause and resolve all defects. - Led the testing for eight Subsidiary Stabilization applications

• Further developed an existing Army Knowledge Online (AKO) Knowledge Management Homepage Site and completed a new working Requirements Document which ensured all necessary requirements were fulfilled. Developed and modified a User and Administrative guide to create an intuitive process and a quick reference. Developed a training course for future users to showcase and demonstrate the operational site.• Developed and maintained an AKO and AKO-S website to track and organize Improvised Explosive Devices for purpose of implementing the information into war fighter software.• Worked with the US Air Force to train users on the use and administration of Microsoft Office SharePoint Services 2007 for an Air Force wide migration to MOSS 2007. Developed the training course and lead the training classes across several installations.• Developed a Requirements Traceability Matrix database using MS Access 2007. Developed and maintained the database for the Technical Requirement Alignment Matrix (TRAM) for a large Army project.
