Leading a team of 100+ tradesmen, superintendents, project managers, and estimators he is trusted resource to his clients as Patrick incorporates his extensive knowledge of specialized areas of construction to the complex projects he is asked to review, consult, repair, restore and build. His expertise includes all areas of general contacting, with a specific emphasis on building envelopment, fenestration, performance coatings, waterproofing, sheet metal, roofing, disaster recovery and other specialty trades. Patrick holds a variety of licenses and certifications including California State General Contractors License since 1997, CA State C33-Painting and Decorating, C39-Roofing, C22-Asbestos Abatement, C61/D64-Air Duct Cleaning Certified IICRC Applied Microbial Remediation & Water Damage Restoration, and EPA Lead Renovator Certification. Patrick has successfully restored, repaired, re-piped and build projects ranging from single family residence to commercial high-rise buildings, 425-unit condominium developments, college campuses, to secured government and military building
