Patrick is the managing director of Conexus Consulting Ltd (www.conexus.ie). He works as a leadership consultant, executive coach and trainer with executives and senior leaders across several industries. He has worked in organisations ranging from LEGO to Google, Citi to AIB and ING, Unilever to Salesforce, Johnson & Johnson to Accenture and Activision Blizzard to the Centre for Action and Contemplation. At Conexus, Patrick provides executive and leadership coaching, team development, psychometric assessments and psychotherapy for senior leaders within the organisation. His particular expertise lies in the areas of leadership coaching, senior team development and conflict resolution. Patrick is a member of the Association for Coaching in Ireland, the British Psychological Society, the Psychological Society of Ireland and the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Delivering leadership and team building training interventions for third-level students involved in charity work.This involved coaching key leaders and regularly speaking in universities.A significant part of the job involved national conference planning, group facilitation and conflict resolution.

Patrick worked as part of the Strategy division, with a particular emphasis on Human Capital. While at Deloitte he was involved in projects at DIAGEO in Dublin, a London media company and also prepared presentations for Human Capital bids.
