The microcontroller is an 8 bit device PIC16F886 with internal A/D converter, 8Kx14 flash memory for programming and 386 bytes of RAM. The EEPROM for storing calibration data was a Microchip 256x8bit device.• The consolidation project was needed to optimize the variations of the product and as a cost savings. An ideal board with all needed components was chosen and tested, then each variant used the main board and the appropriate modifications were done. Each of the variations was built and tested and released to production. All test procedures and reports and schedules are in Agile.
