Included transfer of 5 facilities, 2,000 employees, over 3,000 SKUs and supply obligations out of 10 retained/non-dedicated sites.- Authored and championed Commercial Transaction Process, departmental procedure that has ensured consistency in customer service level, served as onboarding tool for new recruits and provided groundwork for KPIs.- Elected Partner-of-Choice to lead Due Diligence, Deal Structuring and Negotiating for highly complex transactions (M&As, JVs, Public-Private-Partnerships) in Asia-Pacific.
