Coordinating all other communications between recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers after submittal.Responsible for managing all job boards (CareerBuilder, Dice, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter). This includes posting, editing, and further managing all open job requisitions in the JDC’s CRM and all job boards.Manage offshore team of three recruiters in India. This includes assigning requisitions for the team to cover on a daily basis, following up by phone with them daily to answer any questions and solve any problems they may have, submit candidates from the team to the client managers and, coordinate feedback between the client managers and offshore team.
