• 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰Highly motivated and adaptable, with an in-depth background in creation, interpretation and applications of 2D and 3D visual representations of geospatial data using software such as ArcMap/ArcGIS, GoogleEarth Pro, and AutoCAD. Experienced with deploying measurement apparatus for various remote sensing methods (GNSS/GPS, Seismic, Magnetotellurics) and interpreting captured datasets for a variety of applications in industry, land surveying and development projects.• 𝐅𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 / 𝐋𝐚𝐛 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞In the summer of 2022, I travelled to Uganda, Africa to participate in a remote sensing field school under the Dry Rifting in Albertine Basin (DRIAR) project alongside other Ugandan graduate students. After this, I spent several weeks in the Ugandan countryside as a Field ResearchAssistant, where I helped deploy measurement apparatus and collect field data longside top-class academic professors covering a variety of disciplines,including structural geology, tectonics, global navigation systems and hydrology. My role primarily entailed recording spatial data for stress and strain in geologic structures collected at various outcrops to construct data sets that allowed researchers to characterize episodes of past tectonic activity and make assumptions about the future evolution of fault systems within the East African Rift System. In the summer of 2023, I participated in a Research Internship at Columbia University, NY under the mentorship of Dr. Folarin Kolawole. Here, I began the process of analysing outcrop samples collected a year prior from Uganda and writing an academic paper discussing the distribution and implications of fracture systems along the trace of the Toro-Buyroro border fault relay zone in Uganda. We coupled field observations with investigative SEM microscopy to characterize hydrothermal alterations and create a clearer narrative about the stages of evolution during fault linkage across relay ramps.I also served as an AutoCAD Draftsman Intern for two summers during my Junior and Senior years of Highschool in The Bahamas at Architects & Engineers Inc., where I shadowed professional draftsmen and assisted in producing detailed layouts for various architectural construction projects.• 𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐬Familiar with Python, SQL and MATLAB programming languages, and their applications in creating datasets and automating tasks in software such as ArcGIS.
