- Create and maintain the PDMS (Plant Design Management System) product plan for Alstom (now GE) that reflects business strategy and enable the execution of business processes- Manage the program budget, engineer business requirements and monitor the execution of associated IT software and infrastructure deployment projects- Act as line manager for the PDMS program team (12 people worldwide)- Report on the program to the different management boards

- Responsible for Architecture and design of RTT’s next generation software products and Digital Prototyping solutions- Delivered roadmaps, strategy and vision; introduced software methodology and processes following CMMI approach (from Level 1 up to Level 3).- Helped structure and expand RTT Product organization towards new business model (visualization enterprise solution)

- Managed R&D processes, programs and software product development for User Interfaces, Java Applications and Development Tools on Esmertec’s J2ME mobile technology.- Provided Business Analysis and recommendations regarding Esmertec’s integration of new technologies - e.g. from Javaground (USA) and Cellicium (France).

- Managed API product development and technology investigations for SGI’s next generation hardware (compute, graphics and storage)- Worked in close collaboration with partners across the modeling and simulation industry in Europe, with a special focus on Scientific Visualization and the Energy industry sector.- Coordinated research and development with core engineering in Mountain View, CA to orient product development and report partners’ feedback.

- Educated SGI strategic partners in modeling and visual simulation and helped them integrate advanced graphics features and parallel execution algorithms in their applications.- Managed center of competence for high-performance visualization and immersive environments in SGI Advanced Technology Center in Cortaillod, Switzerland.- Interfaced with technology providers e.g. Fakespace, Trimension, Barco, TAN, regarding installation and support of immersive environments throughout Europe.- Developed WorldSkin, awarded the 1998 Golden Nica for interactive Art.
