The CME WA is a member-funded not-for-profit organisation, representing and advocating for its membership. It is the peak resources sector representative body in WA, leading resources policy development, promoting public understanding of the sector and facilitatings stakeholder collaboration. The ExCo comprises a Board of member company representatives elected at the AGM and is vested with management of the CME’s business. It is the CME's policy-making body and determines key strategic policy decisions.

Develop global mobility program for Australia/China staff transfers. Implement sourcing strategies and international recruitment for CAT-certified trades to address critical skilled labor shortages for key contracts.

Lead the delivery of HR and ER strategies to achieve planned business outcomes for Woodside's Production Division including its North West Shelf, Timor Sea and Exmouth Basin offshore production facilities. Develop people strategies to manage NWSV business risks and opportunities for the six JVPs . Lead people strategy development and implementation for the NWSV leadership team.Manage major restructure to a single integrated Production Group from the previous Business Unit-based operating model with nine stand-alone/discrete assets.
