CurrentDesign, develop and test changes to the North America Corporate websites and any supporting applications. Configure and develop content management application in order to allow business users to create and update content, as well as create requirements, design, configuration and maintenance documentation according to company standards. Interface with business users, business systems analysts, and development teams to define requirements and/or necessary modifications and upgrades and help determine standards with new technologies. Work with users and customers to research and resolve production issues for supported applications.
