Worked as a consultant to help LMIG retire SiteMinder from their portfolio. The project required migrating 250+ applications in multiple environments from SiteMinder to PingIdentity and other IdP solutions. This was done using Agile practices.Responsibilities included:* Primary lead for application migration effort from SiteMinder to Ping/Azure/mod_ldap* Consulting with the application teams to understand their application in order to determine the best pattern for migration* Researching each application to ensure the proper settings were migrated from SiteMinder to the new IdP* Migrating each application through multiple environments to the desired pattern* Troubleshooting a lot of issues associated with older, legacy applications, i.e. Internet Explorer only, iframes, complex single sign-on with other applications, multiple endpoints protected with different groups* Troubleshooting complex issues end to end using technologies like load balancer (F5), SIEM (Splunk), web and application servers (Apache, JBoss, WebSphere), browser development tools, Fiddler, etc.* Creating detailed documentation to transfer ansible based upgrade/update processes from L2 to L1 support

From 2010 to 2016 I was the lead on the team supporting SiteMinder and ODSEE LDAP, responsible for coordinating and implementing numerous OS and application upgrades, as well being one of the primary level 3 troubleshooters. In 2016 I was moved to a new team to coordinate the build out of a new multi-datacenter high availability environment for PingFederate and PingAccess. From that point on, I was the primary lead for our Ping environment, coordinating and participating in numerous hardware and software upgrades, as well as providing consultation and feedback to the team regarding complicated authentication and authorization polices and configurations. I was also the primary L3 troubleshooter and primary consultant for application migrations off of SiteMinder.
