Production Manager at a successful plastic injection moulding company. Daily tasks include carrying out tool changes, services and setting new tools, as well as liaising with customers on delivery schedules and new projects. Responsible for sourcing and maintaining stock levels of all materials and components, as well as production schedules to ensure on time deliveries. Also responsible for overseeing quality control, enforcing the Zero Reject Rate company policy.

Responsible for managing field staff diaries, attending weekly planning meetings, liaising with customers on both contracted and one off engineering works, typing reports and sending to the customer following the site visit. Managing both chemicals and other equipment stock, and assembling ionisation units.

Responsible for injection mould tool changes, setting new tools from 24-100 tonne machines in a variety of materials in a busy mould shop, general production operations from fabrication to assembly. Responsible for quality control on all moulding machines in the workshop.
