Manage the movement of raw pistachios from farms in Southern, Central, and Northern California to the Central Valley production plant. Coordinate with production output levels to meet customer demand. Coordinate with Quality Assurance to sample, test, and prepare raw and processed product for shipment to domestic and International customers. Directly responsible for shipment of 1.5 million pounds of product per week to customers globally. Manage Fleet of 250 trailers using GPS system. Coordinate shipments and warehouse activities around monthly inventory.

Manage office of 91 drivers, 5 hourly associates and 3 supervisors, 67 power units and 68 trailers. Responsible for the delivery of up to 58 multiple stop loads of food products to over 5000 customers in L.A. Greater Metro area. Successfuly manage budget and P&L, customer relations, labor Relations and asset utility.
