I am in charge of the showroom and making sure it is clean and organized and ready for customers. I also am in charge of the warehouse, shipping and receiving. I make sure the warehouse is clean and organized, I also order materials and supplies to keep the machines and office running. I am able to run all 10 3D printers we have here in our office, both Polyjet and FDM.UPDATE:2020 I am now the AE Tech in charge of all FDM/P3 prints for the country. My job is to take new print requests, organize the data, queue the jobs, and manage the job to completion ahead of the deadline set.

I am currently in charge of both warehouses, shipping and receiving. I order and maintain all the supplies and materials. I have also implemented an ordering system for all the materials used for the 3D printers. I am also in charge of shipping all machines and models to our trade shows throughout the country. We attend 90-100 events a year on average. I am able to use all the 3D printers we have here in the office, both FDM and Polyjet.

I was in charge of the deliveries department and making sure all deliveries were all on time and had the correct product to satisfy the customers needs. Another department I was in charge of was Freight flow. Freight flow was the department in charge of the distribution of freight that came from the DC, we unloaded the trucks and stocked the shelves in a timely, organized, and safe manner. I managed the receiving department which is everything coming in or leaving the store and all of the paperwork that comes with it. I helped merchandise products both on the shelf and always made displays that would help push the product to sell best.

Sales Merchandising manager is a position where you create presentations to get sales into the stores. I was the direct line between the stores, the products, and Scotts. Any help needed to promote sales of our products in the specific stores were handled. In charge of 3-5 people and making sure displays are built, shelves are stocked, product knowledge classes are given, orders are placed for correct items and making sure the stores are happy. The territory consisted of around 10-15 stores and also about 2-3 merchandisers.
