Developing technical teams troubleshooting skills, issue elimination and standards generation. Developing the whole teams ability to effectively inspect equipment for evidence of potential future problems. Am member if the IM (Initiative Management) team tasked with implementation of Global Startup Management systems in the plant Am also part of the LE (Loss Elimination) team which involves coaching of technicians and operators in loss identification and elimination techniques.
