Responsible for the product line associated with the continued development and production of the Reactor Coolant Pump Seals (RCP). Stein Seal is an OEM for the RCP seals globally and delivers this product internationally. We are the number one provider of Reactor Coolant Pump Seals globally. Responsibly for the Power Generation product line. Working directly with customers on the Stein hydrogen cooled generator seals. Serves as the Director for space programs supporting NASA missions.

Primary responsibilities include aligning with Engineering Services Director of Strategy and Targeted Growth to identify, develop, recommend and gain alignment/commitment to strategic business development projects. Manage defined projects where strategic or technical competence or financial focus is more relevant. Provide analysis of industry, market and competitors on such topics as growth and business value potential, synergy potential, risk and sensitivity analysis.Represent Nuclear Parts Operations in strategic projects in other areas of WEC or with Toshiba. Assist senior management in improving Business Plan Process and in developing and refining Strategy, including competitor analysis and development of market data. Assist senior management in business unit performance management processes and ensure availability of appropriate data. Work directly with the business leaders to help develop the strategies and the plans to implement approved strategic initiatives. Partner with customers to identify and develop value enhancing business arrangements.Provide leadership, counsel and support to staff.. Directly supervised technical leads regarding the maintenance, removal and installation of gas turbine propulsion and gas turbine electrical generation plant systems. This was accomplished on more that 25 gas turbine ships covering 4 continents. Maintained accounting systems with an annual budget in excess of five million dollars. Inspected the installation, alteration, and repair of equipment. Strategic Accomplishments• Awarded Navy/Marine Corps Commendation Medal for performance as 6th fleet marine gas turbine inspector.• Performed oversight and technical direction to 2 ships that were required to be dry-docked in Haifa Israel. Coordinated towing vessels to Israel from Egypt and docking ship.• Awarded 8th, 9th, and 10th Navy/Marine Corps Achievement Medal, for my personal performance as the maintenance director
