Customizing packages to customer needs over the phone. Utilizing customer service experience to assess customers wants and needs, building appropriate packages from these and tactfully upselling to generate revenue for the company. This was an enjoyable role, i particularly loved the customer service oriented elements. There was nothing more satisfying.

A tough role that existed during the pandemic, helping those who had tested positive for Covid or who had recently arrived into the UK and were in Covid based isolation. Positive moments in this job when interacting with people and providing them advice, hopefully ameliorating some of the more negative elements of their Covid experience. Of course there.

Working as a tour guide with a self-developed script based on individual research, leading tour groups of up to 50 people from diverse backgrounds. Tour groups included local retirement homes, schools, tourists, locals during town events.
