Responsible for the marketing and promotion of Division I soccer and the billing and collecting of College Services dues for over 500 men's and women's programs. Worked on behalf of Division I coaches with the NCAA to initiate beneficial legislation and address legislation that could be detrimental to the sport of college soccer. Communicated with Division I coaches regarding relevant topics and NCAA issues, including a monthly newsletter. Additionally, organized and conducted meetings with Division I coaches at the Association's annual convention, NCAA College Cups and ad hoc committees. Served as a liaison to the NCAA Division I Men's and Women's Soccer Committees and the National Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association to address issues related to Division I soccer.Accomplishments include:*Oversaw $300,000 television package of 20 games on Fox Soccer Channel, including selling corporate sponsorships.*Successfully lobbied the Division I membership to adopt a legislative proposal that increased the maximum number of women's soccer scholarships to 14 in 2005.*Assisted in the promotion and coordination of the Division I College Cups.*Increased the number of Division I institutions that were dues-paying members of the College Services program by approximately 65 percent.*Led the college soccer portion in the development of the five-year strategic plan of the Association.

Responsible for the leadership and administration of a comprehensive NCAA Compliance Program with an emphasis toward rules education and extensive monitoring systems. Oversaw the administration of men's and women's cross country, men's and women's indoor and outdoor track and women's soccer programs. Supervised the day-to-day operation for the Athletic Training Staff. Prepared and reviewed forms and educational materials that describe the application of NCAA legislation and complete appropriate research and analysis of materials necessary to implement the Association’s rules and regulations. Supervised and managed the conference’s NCAA compliance program and National Letter of Intent program. Responsible for campus visitations to member institutions to assist in analyzing the overall structure and administration of its athletics program and compliance with NCAA legislation. Served as chief liaison with the NCAA, the conference and the member institutions as to legislation, timetables, interpretations, compliance and enforcement. Chaired and participated in coaches meetings in all sports, as well as organized annual conference meetings and special events. Supervised full-time interns. Directed the championship operations, including preparing and maintaining budgets, administrative and game management responsibilities, for the 18 conference championships.Accomplishments include:*Coordinated all events related to the conference’s 10th anniversary of sponsoring women’s sports.*Assisted in organizing and conducting the FCS championship game in 1992, 1993 and 1994.*Served as a site representative for the Division I Women's Basketball Committee in 1994 and 1995.
