NZ Windfarms is a long term specialist wind farm owner and developer. NWF is the owner and operator of the Te Rere Hau wind farm located in Palmerston North, New Zealand with 91 turbines and 46MW of annual generation capacity. NWF is listed on the NZX. The company has achieved consent for a major repower of the current site.

City Rail Link is a $5.5bn project consisting of a 3.45km twin-tunnel underground rail link up to 42 metres below the Auckland City Centre. It will double the metro rail capacity and involve construction of two new stations (Aotea and Karangahape Road). It is NZ's largest transport infrastructure project ever.

Infrastructure New Zealand is an independent peak infrastructure body with over 120 corporate, central and local government members including many of New Zealand's leading construction, design & engineering, legal, contracting, investor and finance companies. Women Infrastructure Network (1,200 members) and Emerging Talent Network (450 members) have quickly established themselves as key networks under the Infrastructure New Zealand umbrella. Our objectives are driven by a desire for best practise in the planning, procurement and delivery of key infrastructure across New Zealand.

Lead a team responsible for all debt products including project finance, structured trade, export and asset finance, leverage and acquisition finance, loan syndications, agency and loan execution primarily for ANZ New Zealand's Institutional clients. Supporting ANZ's Pacific customer business (ex PNG) for specialised finance needs. Achievements include role in 6 of 8 PPPs from 2012 and sole lead arranger of over $400m in export credit financings. No 1. Loan Syndication house for ten consecutive years from 2008. Dominated financing of FDI into NZ through strong cross-border collaboration with ANZ's international network.

Responsible for right-sizing, integration and leadership of the Global Export & Agency Finance business from Investment Banking into our Global Transaction Services business. Assumed responsibility for the EMEA Trade business. Managed 150 professionals globally across multiple locations with a US$20bn+ high quality loan book. Oversaw >100% increase in revenues and EBIT. Citi's representative at Berne Union and World Trade Organisation meetings during the financial crisis. Led initiatives with single focus on export flows and new capital intensive sectors such as shipping.

Responsible for Citi's Global Export and Agency Finance business covering Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) with 25 professionals covering over 40 export credit, development and multilateral agencies supporting large trade, project and investment flows in and out of the EMEA region. Achieved top 3 league table status amongst global banks materially growing revenues and EBIT. Member of Citi's Fixed Income deal origination committee and appointed Senior Credit Officer.

Firstly in Wellington as relationship manager for Citi's large local corporate and multinational clients. This was followed by a move to Singapore and then Hong Kong responsible for Citi's Export and Agency Finance business for Asia-Pacific region improving co-operation with Citi branches. Highlights included the project financing of GM/Shanghai Automotive's US$1.5bn joint venture in Pudong, Shanghai and the BASF/Sinopec US$3bn JV downstream petrochemical plant in Nanjing, P.R. China (and first ever RMB syndication).

Positions covering budgeting, internal audit and treasury. Last position as Corporate Finance Manager involved long term financing in both onshore and offshore debt and capital markets and currency hedging of capital goods imports. Management of a debt portfolio in excess of NZ$1bn including active hedging through traditional FX and derivative markets.
