Point of contact for client (Total) regarding status of all project related matters. - Coordinate project activities, equipment and personnel for onshore/offshore operations - Preparation and Recertification of project equipment including 3rd party vendor work- Create work packs & update SAP System to reflect equipment / job status- Create and maintain all equipment traceability spreadsheets- Liaise between client, rig and onshore support team- Provide on-call 24hr cover for all offshore issues and required support- Actively contribute to and encourage participation to the HSE system

Part of the assembly and testing department on Vertical & horizontal subsea trees and associated equipment- Assembly and testing of Trees, Tubing Hangers, Crown Plugs, T/H Running Tools, Torus connectors, PGB’s, Wellheads, Surface Flow Trees, etc- System Integration Testing of Trees, EDP’s, LRP’s, Fisher Friendly protection etc- Use of SAP to obtain relevant documentation/information on required equipment- Contributing & participating to HSE, Workshop & “5S” improvement system
