For the last nine years I have been working in the oil and gas operations sector in Angola on a rotational basis as a completions service technician, leading on to starting my own company providing offshore installation coordination support for a major service company. Prior to Angola, positions held have been both on and off tools. > 10+ years involved in shut-downs as a fitter re-commissioning and maintaining various systems and related equipment in refineries, power stations, paper mills and semiconductor plants. > 10+ years experience in drawing offices and QC departments as a draughtsman and document controller. This included creating and validating P&ID’s, as-built’s, vendor/certification dossiers and general document support.
