Recruit transitioning Service Members and Veterans to attend a revised Caliber Academy for a 15 weeks Career Skills Program (CSP). The Academy is currently training for Auto Body Technicians. Career Skills Programs allow transitioning Service Members to receive training while still on active duty. Upon completion of the Academy, graduates will receive an offer letter, I-CAR and MACS AC Certifications. Tools are also provided to the graduates as well.

Assist Service Members, Veterans, and Families transitioning from Active Duty to civilian life with employment, education, and resource opportunities. Leverages P3 partnerships, capabilities, and resources to disseminate opportunities to transitioning Soldiers through social media outlets, hiring events, briefings, and case management.
