Over a decade ago, as an ambitious Sales Professional with great success in commission-only DME sales, I couldn’t find a position that would allow me to use all of my skills.So, I created one. I established a new Durable Medical Equipment division in Medical Plaza Pharmacy in 2011 and still head the division. I am solely responsible for consulting, marketing, sales, inventory, and purchasing, while consulting directly with hospitals, private practices, nursing homes, and clinics to provide clinical and procedural support, patient assessment, education and training. Working with such a cross-section of people has allowed me to develop excellent interpersonal and communication skills. I am self-directed, customer-oriented, and enthusiastic. Being solely responsible for my division has honed my ability to craft informed, immediate solutions and respond to strict deadlines in a high-stress environment. Building strong relationships and executing strategic growth plans within large healthcare networks has been the focus of my career, leading to very profitable, long-term partnerships. I have developed a broad network of physician contacts in Northern Mississippi and Southern Tennessee, maintaining and expanding some of these accounts for more than 10 years.
