● Responsible for technology in the application of enhanced oil recovery for a heavy oil field in the Lloydminster area.● Designed and built a 1,500 sq.ft laboratory for core flooding and associated experiments.

● Created a new business opportunity and technology in the adhesive field by emulsifying a specialty resin in collaboration with a US adhesive supplier.● Created a new business opportunity and technology to transport paraffinic crude as an emulsion in collaboration with a major US oil producer.● Created a new technology for lost circulation in drill fluids applications and sold the technology to Secure Energy Services Inc.● Supervised research and development in the area of emulsions, surfactants and polymers in relation to oil and gas applications and other industrial applications.● Managed a 20 ton/hr emulsion fuel project in Albania.● Responsible for health and safety, technology and laboratory operations.
