Current· Efficiently run a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant on a nightly basis· Representative of Place. Cultivate and nurture relationships with guests, employees, purveyors, distributors, and the greater Philadelphia neighborhood· Navigate reservation systems to allot guests ample time to enjoy themselves with impending turn-times· All Point of Sale entry, programming, manipulation. Extensive use every day for a variety of product.· Employ a sense of atmosphere and concept at all times· Direct and lead team on all service matters· Lead team through global pandemic. Constantly evolving safety procedure therein· Expedite food orders, maintain control over output from busy kitchen and bar· Analyze and maintain constantly moving inventories on a daily basis – Food, Liquor, Beer, Dry Goods, Wine· Primary menu controller of offerings. Input, track, scan, process payment, file invoices for ALL restaurant purchasing and payment· Develop unique and original recipes· Payroll and Labor· Data analysis and general accounting· Statistical reporting· Develop regular financial and contest reports for short and long term business plans· Ledger balance and Profit/Loss· Drive business to achieve a benchmark of cost of goods sold and profit margin· Chief financial controller and cash handler· Consult and assist in opening new concepts – set up, point of sale, accounting, invoicing, menu development· Design and edit menus, both creatively via content as well as physical form· Extensive event planning· Market via company website, social media and outside publications· General maintenance and repair
