Perform all functions necessary to support daily operations of the department including:- Set and achieve the highest standards in retail execution - Over see interviewing, training, developing and counseling processes of all Team Members- Train Team Members in proper product handling and storage, stocking, ordering, equipment operation, building displays and product rotation- Supervise, schedule and assign duties to all Team Members, including disciplinary action, transfers, promotions, rate increases and Team member job dialogues- Manage inventory and pricing at achieve required margin and labor targets- Follow and comply with established procedures as they relate to cutting, preparing, displaying and storing produce products while complying with organic standards procedures

Oversee all weddings and large events through the floral department including:- Wedding consultations with new clients and managing their entire order from beginning to end- Planning, sourcing, and executing all floral needs including creative expertise, purchasing florals and hardware, and creating all floral pieces for the individual event- Working with clients or event spaces to organize transportation, delivery, and set-up for said event
