I am general counsel and manager for the Orange County Fraud Hotline, as well as advisory counsel for the County's Labor and Employment Law division. Previously, I acted as general counsel for the County's Information Technology department, managing the County's vendor managed services agreements and handling contracts and IT procurement. I also advised the County Board of Supervisors on the use of $1.17 billion in CARES Act and American Rescue Plan Act funds, and acted as counsel for the Orange County Health Care Agency - Public Guardian handling LPS and Probate conservatorships.
