CurrentMaintaining Model Store standards in the store on a daily basis.Ensuring the availabilty of stock is available for customers and ensuring that all sizes are out.Using daily sales reports to be able to identify risks and opportunities.Being aware of what the competition is doing and give feedback and relelvant suggestions to the management team.In addition to daily activities in store, I plan ahead the different aspects of the week relevant to my position e.g. stock-take, daily planners and delivery intake.Talk and listen to customers and respond to feedback quickly.Drive forward business initiatives and incentives by encouraging and supporting the team to deliver the targets set.Support with the selection and coaching of new team members.Talk and listen to the team to gain individal and community feedback.Constantly giving feedback to the team, celebrating success and being constructive and supportive where improvement is needed.Taking an active part in team briefs.Having the ability to deal with difficult customer or team situations in the correct way.Demonstrating an ability to react quickly to changing sitations and deliver at pace.Fully competent in Back of House operations including admin and delivery paperwork.Aware of the impact that stock loss and mark down have on the store and support the control of this.Delivering the best possible customer service experience by constantly reviewing the daily planner, touch points and needs or Back of House requirements.Support the management team in meeting all Health and Safety requirements.
