Experienced Commercial Finance & Strategy executive with a demonstrated history of uncovering value within businesses and making impactful change. My experience spans multiple industries including Telco, Travel & Automotive in both SME and Global structures. Within these industries, the business models which I have a proven track record of delivering results include manufacturing, retail both multi site and omnichannel environments, SaaS, Ecomm, B2B and B2C. Having begun in the commercial finance space, my responsibilities have grown and have included a blend of core Commercial Finance duties, FP&A ownership, Strategy and Project management with the movements into the more strategic roles backed by a strong foundation and skill set in financial modelling, commercial story telling and financial leadership. Examples of these include ownership of capital programs and corporate development functions including the approval frameworks and processes, JV/M&A commercial due diligence and implementation, FP&A leadership, strategic design and execution, system integrations and improvements within financial and non-financial environments, ideation, implementation and ongoing management of strategic and transformative initiatives, leading annual corporate planning processes, market research and cross functional leadership. With an emphasis on direction setting, stakeholder management and decision support, I have partnered will all levels of leadership ranging from Board’s & Executive’s through to front line operations across the entire supply chain to solve complex business problems and achieve EBIT focused improvements. My core focus has always been on the customer, whether internal or external to develop, manage and scale commercially viable strategies through strategic and technological solutions. Throughout my professional career, adopting a growth mindset has become an instrumental tool in both business activities and my leadership style.
