•Configured wireless networks for 117 plants & mills that needed to move from EoL wireless controllers to new ones. Supported migration while individual plants were in closing.•Resolved outage at Waco Sheet Feeder while other channels couldn’t. Determined Cisco and Aerohive AP’s were interfering with each other, causing forklifts & trucks to cycle rapidly between service areas, effectively halting production. Deactivated Cisco AP’s once isolated, and boosted Aerohive signal. •Ran packet captures to track down a rogue client that was causing an industrial plant's manager to be locked out repeatedly. Blocked device on the wireless firewall while it was located on-site.•Configured switches for SUN Rotary Die Cutters and shingle feeders at Salt Lake City South. •Configured Ubiquiti wireless bridges for Honea Path Plant to transmit data over a railroad, connecting 2 buildings 200 meters apart.•Configured or assisted with core switches at Filer City, Tomahawk, Wallula, and Lake Forest.
