The company was founded by three partners – the Parmenides Foundation, Paradigmatic Innovations GmbH and M3TRIX GmbH – who combined their different but highly complementary competencies.The Parmenides Foundation is a highly interdisciplinary research organization that was founded in 2001 with the task to understand better how the human brain copes with complexity. With approx. 240 scientists from 12 disciplines in its wider network, the Parmenides Foundation is likely the leading forum focused on studying the foundations and frontiers of complex human thinking.Paradigmatic Innovations GmbH has the task of translating scientific findings regarding the structures and dynamics of human thinking into disruptive innovations. According to the HACROI criterion (Human And Commercial Return On Investment), four application fields have been chosen: Medicine & Healthcare, Education & Science, Economics & Sustainability, and last not least Democracy & Governance.
