Managed and directed 28 associates, set local policies and procedures in pursuit of corporate objectives for the sales, acquisition and contract processing for lease and retail vehicle financing of consumers via indirect lending by Toyota and Lexus dealers in Ohio and Kentucky. Provide financing to dealers for vehicle floor plans, facility construction/renovation and real estate acquisition. Sold, trained and promoted various consumer insurance products related to their vehicle purchase. Ensured compliance with state and local laws as well as corporate policies and procedures.

Responsible for attainment and growth of various insurance product sales in a 13 state territory in the Midwest via Toyota and Lexus franchised dealers. Consumer products included: Extended Service Contracts, Guaranteed Auto Protection, Credit Life, Accident & Health and Prepaid Maintenance. Provided Property and Casualty Insurance to dealers to insure their business operations and 401K & Health Benefit programs for their employees. Also responsible for providing training to dealership finance and insurance department employees as well as sales department associates. Managed professional sales and support staff of 15 associates.

Developed, marketed, provided training and maintained programs for the implementation and use, on a nationwide basis, for the sales of automotive products for the benefit of consumers, dealers and Toyota. Managed multimillion dollar budgets, established, monitored and maintained gross profit margins in conjunction with attainment of sales objectives nationally. Managed professional staffs up to 7 associates.

Had direct daily contact in person, with dealer principals and their respective personnel. Worked within each discipline to ensure dealer and personnel were well informed on all programs, policies and procedures including but not limited to: vehicle sales & distribution, service & warranty, parts sales, financial & operational analysis, advertising, marketing and all related operational necessities relative to the dealer and his franchise relationship with Toyota.
