I lead worship through playing bass on the Foundry Worship team

My job is to efficiently design, manage, test, implement, and complete projects in a timely manner, meeting it exceeding project specifications and budget requirements. This can include, but is not limited to, programming PLCs, developing HMI applications, and setting up VFDs.

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain and repair plant equipment and electrical systems, including PLC's (Siemens, MODICON, Concept, ABB), analog and digital input and output devices (sensors, limits, transmitters, transducers, coils, actuators, starters, hydraulic systems, burners), AC and DC drives (ABB, Siemens) and motors (3 phase 480vac, 1 phase 120vac, 585VDC, 250VDC), InTouch HMI modification, overhead cranes and controls (Phoenix, Cone, Remtron, Control Chief), and other electrical devices• Train newer coworkers on plant equipment• Write and review Job Safety Analysis documents• Design, develop and implement projects while supervising its installation• Diplomatically provide internal customer service.• As Step-up Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, serve as supervisor, leading several employees, in supervisor’s absence

• Created a ministry that had never existed before • Taught practical lessons for everyday life• Experienced a growth within the group from four individuals to nearly thirty in just over two years• Developed leadership skills in six individuals, preparing them for leadership roles• Developed and coordinated events for the group• Developed relationship while maintaining an atmosphere of unity
