Opened the Arizona Region in 2009 and quickly grew it to the top producing region in the company. Oversaw the development of new sales managers and managed the team. Acted as the designated broker for all flip properties in Arizona. Later, opened the Dallas region for flip properties and ran/oversaw Gorilla's growth in that region as well. Identified investment opportunities, purchased properties, and managed projects from start to finish. This included preparing remodel budgets, determining remodel plans, managing the remodel process, picking out all finishes, seeing the project to completion, and handling the sale including marketing and contract negotiations.• Opened the Phoenix region and grew it into the top producing region in the company.• Opened the Dallas region for the national company and handled all flips in the region.
