I have been in the workforce for about 15 years now with my two main passions being the sciences and anything related to customer service. I received my Bachelor's Degree in both Math and Physics as well as my Master's Degree in Atmospheric Science from UAHuntsville in Alabama, but am currently working as the Director of Operations and Office Manager / Human Resources at Insanity Complex in Madison, Alabama. My current job has taught me that I can do anything that I set my mind to no matter what it is. I have a beautiful wife and I am going to be a father later on this year. I have a very eclectic work and personal background that has given me the opportunity to excel in many areas. This being said, I am always keeping my eyes open for the next step in my family's life.   Insanity Complex hired me on as the Assistant Manager of the Arcade and the Prize Counter in January of 2018. At the beginning of my employment, I learned an immense amount of information regarding the Entertainment District, gained knowledge of money procurement procedures, P/L's, etc. After my first six months, I was promoted to one of the main managers of the Complex where my role increased to more of the area including management of more employees and the assistant managers.COVID drastically changed everything, especially in the Entertainment District. We remained closed for 2 months, but since I was considered "essential", I was fortunate enough to keep my job. Along with a couple other members of management, we maintained and cleaned everything we needed to in order for us to reopen in May of 2020. During this time, I was extremely grateful to be promoted once again to the Director of Operations of Insanity Complex. This new title came with even more responsibilities such as, but not limited to, maintenance and upkeep of our Laser Tag arena, ordering parts and inventory management for 4 different departments, managing and training even more managers and employees than before, as well as being the liaison between management and our administration regarding every report sent at the Complex as well as presenting new and innovative ideas to help increase profits.Finally, in April of 2022, I was asked to become the Office Manager and part of Human Resources alongside my title of Director of Operations. In addition to my previous roles, I am also responsible for interviewing and hiring, our orientation process, and all paperwork needed to fulfill our requirements for job requirements.
