I'm currently the Executive managing Financial Crime Operations at National Australia Bank (NAB) driving an operations team of over 1200 people. While designing and implementing a transformation agenda to create a more effective and sustainable environment to execute financial crime compliance. My current focus is on building foundational infrastructure to leverage both internal and external data enabling intelligent monitoring, creating an effective control environment to safely implement data analytics/machine learning/artificial intelligence to drive effeciencies without introducing risk.
