Leading a technically diverse engineering and technical services team to monitor and improve fleet reliability D0, D180, Operating Difficulty Items (ODIs) and provide aircraft engineering support to a variety of internal customers (Planning, Materials, Base Maintenance, Flight Ops, and Tooling) and suppliers (Collins, Liebherr, Parker, Meggitt, Safran, and Panasonic) to support daily operations.

Ensure customer aircraft are compliant with FAA and EASA ADs as well as EPA.Support daily operations to prevent delays, cancellations, and operational disruptions. Drive fleet reliability improvements by leading reliability review investigations and initiative development. Communicate regularly fleet metrics and initiatives with internal partners, Tech Ops leaders and the airline customers. Responsible for reporting and presenting the engineering customer metrics at quarterly business review meetings.

•Executed all aspects of Delta's Complete Fleet Services (CFS) program with airline customers Hawaiian Airlines' (HAL) A330s and Royal Air Maroc's (RAM) B767s under MRO services agreements including: o Airworthiness Directive (AD) compliance o Reliability analysis and improvements o Maintenance Programs implementation and task interval extensions •Identified and defined a variety of key performance indicators (KPIs) including delays, cancellations, Completion Factor (completed flights vs total scheduled flights), Operational Difficulty Index (air turn backs, aborted take-offs, in-flight engine shutdowns, etc.) and log page write-ups to identify and improve low-reliability areas.•Developed reliability models and predictive life limits of complex aircraft components (using Weibull Analysis) •Implemented corrective actions for Airbus A330 ATA 29 (High Pressure Manifolds) and ATA 22 (FMGECs) including preventative maintenance procedures & modifications in the interest of reliability, safety, and cost reduction•Developed cost estimates and return on investment (ROI) based on labor, parts, tooling and increased reliability•Partnered with vendor to analyze component failures to determine root cause of failures •Improved data collection for low reliability components by utilizing new data collection software & tools. This allowed for more accurate root cause analysis •Reviewed Airbus A330 technical follow-ups (TFUs), service bulletins (SBs), service information letters (SILs), and airworthiness directives (ADs) and recommended action. •Aided in the reconfiguration of the Trident Training Facility at Bangor, WA from Trident I to Trident II, increasing training resources for the Navy.
