•Supported the specification, implementation, and deployment of business applications, both commercial and custom-built, to the Technical Operations team while ensuring compliance to DOT and FAA requirements: o Maintenance and Engineering applications: Trax, FilemakerPro, Arbortext, Airbus Airman, AirVault, AMS Realtime, Pelesys o Document and Content Management System applications: Techview, ArborText, Airbus Airnav, Airbus ADOC o Integration between Maintenance and Operations Control applications: Trax-Sabre Movement Control, Trax-Aircraft Communications Addressing and Reporting System (ACARS), Trax-Lufthansa Technik.•Created regulatory reports for airline managers and aircraft lessors using data warehouse tools Oracle SQL Developer and Microsoft SQL Server Management•Created reports/dashboards for airline managers that identified high risk aircraft or high customer impact items for the daily operation•Applied data analysis to aircraft maintenance programs quarterly to uncover issues with setup of engineering controls. This prevented compliance issues.•Created report, Task Card Work Pack Reconciliation Report, for Aircraft Records team to identify what records had not been scanned but had been completed by maintenance technicians•Managed implementation of document management systems, TechView and Airnav, which improved the ability of Technical Publications to edit and publish Airbus documents. Also improved the ability of Tech Ops to view documents, search keywords, and print faster. •Improved TechOps processes and software by visiting each line and heavy maintenance station (MIA, SBD, JFK, LAX, SFO) to discuss problems then prioritized and implemented fixes to those issues •Fixed interface issues by working with 3 different vendor IT groups: Lufthansa IT Hamburg, Sabre IT Dallas, and Trax IT Miami.
